Vala

Incushe Dlamini steps into the current Maskandi conversation with Vala, a six-track EP released in 2026. The project keeps its focus on the solo artist while making room for one confirmed collaboration, giving the tracklist a compact shape that is easy to take in from start to finish.

Vala opens with Kukithi before moving into Umaqondana, which features Shenge WaseHlalankosi. From there, Dlamini carries the rest of the EP alone across Advice, Idliso, the title track Vala and Aw Scebi Mfwethu. That balance gives the release a clear split between its collaborative moment and its solo cuts.

Shenge WaseHlalankosi is the only featured artist listed on the project, appearing on the second track. The remaining five songs are credited to Incushe Dlamini, keeping the artist at the centre of the EP and placing the full tracklist around a focused solo presence.

The title track arrives as the fifth song, setting up the closing stretch before Aw Scebi Mfwethu brings the EP to an end. With six songs in total, Vala presents a concise addition to the Maskandi release schedule for 2026, without stretching beyond the project’s compact format.
